Abstract
The Center for Environmental and Sustainability Education at Florida Gulf Coast University sponsors a powerful intergenerational program called Student Associates for a Greener Environment (SAGE). This program connects faculty and/or staff mentors with students interested in pursuing research, civic, and educational projects related to the mission of the Center and the values it shares with the Earth Charter. One of the goals of SAGE is to create transformative leaders working toward a sustainable future.
