Abstract
The sixth edition of Oxford's Dictionary of Science has more than 9,200 entries - 760 more than the fifth edition. General science receives much of the coverage, and the book is a good resource for multidisciplinary inquiries. This new edition has increased coverage in the areas of astronomy, forensic chemistry, and computing.
