Abstract

Abstract Date Presented 4/20/2018 This mixed method study compared golf ball distance of a full versus a three-quarter swing. A significant difference was noted in spinal torque with no change in distance traveled. Golfers had more control of the three-quarter swing. Retirement community residents were willing to use proper golf techniques to improve longevity playing golf and quality of life.
