Abstract
Although C.S. Lewis is known today primarily for his defense of the Christian myth and creation of the mythical world of Narnia, he was a closet Arthurian throughout his literary career who produced works, in verse as well as prose, that reflect a passionate engagement with the Arthurian legend.
