Camera traps and direct observation of water‐filled bromeliads and tree holes revealed that birds frequently use canopy‐held water in a perennially wet tropical forest. Bathing was the most common use, observed in a variety of taxa. Previous reports of bromeliad bathing exist only from seasonally dry forests.
