Abstract
Excerpt: This wetland "book" is actually a special issue of a journal (Vegetatio 118:1-192, 1995) but marketed separately as a hardbound book. The 14 papers are a result of one of the symposia held at INTECOL's IV International Wetlands Conference in Columbus, Ohio, USA in September 1992. [Note: This makes 5 "booklike" publications from that meeting, as papers from other sessions and symposia at this conference have been published in a book (Mitsch 1994; reviewed by Bedford 1996) and as several other special issues of journals (Wetzel et al. 1994, Gopal and Mitsch 1995, J0rgensen 1995).]
