Abstract
Excerpt: In the fourth issue of Volume 13 of the Journal of Management, Spirituality & Religion, we begin with four excellent papers covering a wide variety of topics from an exploration into understanding spirituality of work to a study testing whether Workplace Spirituality Programs reduce turnover in the food industry, followed by a discussion of B Corporations and whether it will resolve the existing struggles with governance issues in Corporate America. The final study is on Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Commitment. To conclude the issue, we have an excellent review of a new book, Leadership with spirit, presence and authenticity, which is an extremely important topic in our business world today.
