Abstract
Workplace bullying among faculty in higher education constitutes a pervasive yet often overlooked issue that significantly undermines institutional collaboration, productivity, and well-being, impeding the ability to foster a supportive and thriving academic environment. In the current landscape of higher education, anti-bullying policies are either insufficiently developed or inconsistently enforced, underscoring the need to explore resilience-building initiatives as an alternative strategy to mitigate the harmful effects of workplace bullying. This discussion explores how resilience-building initiatives function as a protective mechanism against workplace bullying and a catalyst for transformative change, thereby cultivating actionable insights to promote a supportive institutional culture.
