Abstract
This paper describes two approaches for teaching environmental ethics to international business students. Descriptive models of ethical decision making delineate the process by which individuals make (un)ethical decisions and describe the factors which most influence these decisions. The prescriptive approach to teaching environmental ethics focuses on normative guidelines that enable students to make the "right" decisions. Both the descriptive and prescriptive approaches are viable options for teaching environmental ethics but each is concerned with very different issues.
