Abstract
Addresses how real estate has performed as an investment, the
efficiency of real estate markets, valuation issues, the pricing of
contract contingencies, prices and price setting and the agency
business. Concludes that the list of research questions is growing and
there is a high level of both public and private sector interest in the
answers that can be provided.
