Abstract
A portable ubiquitous learning platform (PULP) has been developed to provide asynchronous course modules in the healthcare information systems administration (HISA) field. This fully online resource guides and prepares participants, mainly military spouses in the USA and abroad, for highdemand, portable careers using individualized, stackable, training course-modules in information technology (IT) and medical systems administration.
