The article offers information on Florida Gulf Coast University's (FGCU) "The University Colloquium: A Sustainable Future" regarding pluralism and sustainability. It states that dean Jack Crocker of College of Arts and Sciences envisioned forming a unified college environment based on the ideas of author David W. Orr regarding inculcation of ecological sense. It also acknowledges sustainability as a complex concept and its dominance over pluralism.
