This article explores multidisciplinary, evidence-based strategies for managing sleep disorders in older adults, focusing on practical approaches to enhance sleep quality. Key interventions are highlighted, including cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia, lifestyle modifications, pharmacological options, and individualized treatment plans.
