Abstract
Excerpt: In our efforts to focus on the well-being of the child, we recognized that so many children are faced with hardships. In our community, children come to school hungry and lacking proper clothing. In support of ACEI's commitment to the needs of children, Eagles Educate chapter collected clothing, blankets, and food for two under-represented organizations within our area. We donated food and clothes to the Cafe of Life, which feeds and clothes hundreds of families on a daily basis, as well as to the Cape Caring Center, which is dedicated to helping families get the support they need in order to thrive.
