The paper's purpose is to convey a progressive transcendental leadership model that aims to improve hospitality practices. It defines the concept of leadership, explores the attributes of multistream leadership behaviour, and analyzes recent leadership theories. The main consequence of the paper is that the paradigm presented provides theorists and practitioners opportunities for future research and industry application.
