opportunities, and why physicians should contribute to the change
Promote systems thinking about practice gaps, highlighting systems-based
solutions for the current quality issues,
Apply advocacy and stakeholders engagement mechanisms to overcome the
change barriers at the workplace
Identify improvement opportunities to optimize the end-users health outcomes
and care journey through the appropriate use of scientific and organizational
resources
Create and conduct the teams (involving residents and fellows) to handle the
transformative changes.
