The Survey of the Boston Police Department’s Civilian Personnel

A report on the process and results of an extensive survey conducted of the Boston Police Department's civilian personnel in order to provide planning agents with information on the training, equipment, and support service needs of civilian personnel to facilitate the transition to a community policing strategy.
