Dr. Zhao has published extensively in various research areas of Information Systems, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), data mining, human-computer interaction (HCI), e-commerce, and Health Care Information Systems.


Prior to his academic career, Dr. Zhao worked in textile industry for four years. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball and PC games.
