Expertise

Over the last thirteen years, I had the opportunity to acquire a tremendous amount of teaching and learning experience in the field of higher education, and I had the chance to observe a particularly broad spectrum of teaching and learning methodologies. On one hand, I experienced and participated in the most innovative, exciting, and encouraging classes and laboratories, on the other hand, I have met unprofessional ‘educators’ with a lack of professionalism in the field. Thanks to these distinct sets of experiences, the positive practices encouraged me to acquire the fundamental principles of engaging, innovative, and successful teaching methodologies, meanwhile, negative experiences also helped to eliminate impractical and incorrect methodologies, ultimately improving my teaching practices.
