Abstract
After having to watch her son's football game from a paved area adjacent to the stands due to the bleacher area being only accessible through the use of stairs, the defendant, who uses a wheelchair, filed suit against the school district alleging that the conditions for spectators violated the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
