Expertise

Diane has been part of the College of Education's faculty since 2008. Prior to that, she was a K-12 educator for twenty years serving in various roles. She enjoys working with student teachers, supervisors, and classroom teachers to develop effective educators for the future. Some of her favorite topics include child development, gifted education, classroom management, study abroad, and school mental health. Currently, Diane is a member of American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education (AACTE), National Association of Professional Development Schools (NAPDS), and Mental Health Education Integration Consortium (MHEDIC).
