Empirical examination and testing of criminological theory and deviant behavior (explaining and predicting adult and juvenile offending) as well as in the scholarship of teaching and learning in these areas. Her current work focuses on the scholarship of teaching research and statistical analysis as well as student learning outcomes assessment.
